About the author:

Marley Bice is a second year graduate student studying environmental and physical planning at Rutgers University. Her Bachelors degree in environmental geology, zeal for recycling and AmeriCorps term doing watershed outreach has led her to stormwater management and low-impact development as her planning passion of choice. The "Stormwater Tuesdays" series on The RAPPS Blog will follow her experience of stormwater management good and bad, simple and creative.
